What does a Sales Manager at CoderPad do? We are looking for a Sales Manager NA, Net New to join our sales team in North America. Sales Manager at CoderPad will provide leadership and strategy to a team of Account Executives responsible for net new sales. In this role, you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and managing a team of account executives, driving the team to meet and exceed booking targets. As the global leader in the technical interview space (4,000+ customers in 165+ countries) it is our goal as a GTM team to identify technical hiring challenges and drive the CoderPad value proposition for a book of target accounts.
