The ideal candidate thrives on connection, creativity, and purpose — turning opportunities into lasting partnerships that uplift and inspire. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** - Develop and execute sales strategies that align with DanceOne’s goals for growth and brand impact. - Build, manage, and nurture relationships with studio owners, educators, and partners to expand participation. - Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets within the dance and performing arts industries. - Represent DanceOne at conventions, events, and trade shows — promoting programs and engaging directly with the community. - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and events teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for clients and participants. - Maintain and track a healthy sales pipeline, report on performance metrics, and forecast future growth opportunities. - Provide valuable field insights to inform programming, messaging, and partnership initiatives. - Support client retention and loyalty through personalized communication and follow-up. - Embody and promote DanceOne’s core values — integrity, passion, creativity, and community — in every interaction. **Skills & Competencies** - Proven success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the performing arts, events, education industries or medical sales. - Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills. - Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and analytical abilities. - Confident and engaging public speaker, comfortable representing the brand at live events. - Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally. - Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. - Proficiency with CRM systems, sales tracking, and Google or Microsoft Office Suite tools. - Deep appreciation for dance, the arts, and community development. **Qualifications & Experience** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnership development, or account management. - Experience in the dance, performing arts, or event industry strongly preferred. - Travel required to conventions, events, and studio visits.
