You will embrace our fun and inclusive culture as you create a meaningful and authentic customer experience within the store and community. ## Responsibilities - Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through genuine interactions. Support community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence. - Assist in training and developing team members, leading by example, and providing coaching and support to ensure team success. - Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs, providing personalized styling recommendations, and contributing to achieving sales targets. - Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill’s products to support customers in making confident purchasing decisions. - Assist with store operations, including opening and closing store, manager on duty, visual merchandising, floor sets, inventory management, and adherence to company policies. - Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, proactively address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, and support leadership in maintaining a meaningful customer experience. - Navigate various communication settings across different levels of the organization, adjusting messaging to fit diverse audiences. - Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to help your store be successful.
