Our collection includes modern basics like jeans, chic T's as well as stylish assortment of accessories, outerwear, and footwear. **A Sales Lead is a member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to** **maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation** **assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.** **What you will be doing:** **·Responsiblity for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the** **bank** **· Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of** **the store** **· Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales** **· Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks** **· Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns** **· Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising** **· Complete price adjustments and markdown processes** **· Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme** **· Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager** **· Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials** **· Performs all other duties as assigned** **Qualifications:** **· Minimum high school education or equivalent** **· At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education** **· Excellent organization, verbal and written skills** **· Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications**
