In addition, We’re proud to provide an excellent benefits package including health, dental, retirement, paid time off, and career development opportunities. #BCI #Industria #### #### *What you'll do...* - Coordinate quoting and service activities in accordance with established company procedures and project management standards. - Develop detailed and accurate proposals using internal technical resources and input from the Sales and Engineering teams. - Maintain and monitor a log of all active requests for quotation, ensuring timely delivery and communication of any scheduling or resource conflicts. - Prepare and include compliance documents for specifications received with RFQs, addressing exceptions and clarifications as needed. - Utilize company quote tools to calculate labor and material costs for new projects and change orders. - Ensure proposals are conceptually sound, clearly define deliverables, and align with company terms of payment and completion standards. - Enter and maintain proposal data in the company QuoteLog system, tracking status and key project details. - Review customer purchase orders for consistency with quoted terms and report any discrepancies to management. - Contribute to the ongoing improvement of quoting tools, templates, and estimating processes. - Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed to support sales and relationship development. #### #### *What you'll need to succeed...* - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required. - Prior experience in estimating, sales, project coordination, or technical proposal development preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and clarity. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects a…
