The Role As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at ControlUp, you aren't just making dials—you are the engine driving our revenue growth. You will become a specialist in the tech-sales craft: deeply researching high-value prospects, discovering critical IT pain points, and opening doors with key influencers and decision-makers. By masterfully fueling our pipeline, you allow our Account Executive team to focus exclusively on closing deals, directly increasing the overall productivity and scale of the entire sales organization.
