As a Sales Development Representative at AppZen, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging with businesses and typically their finance decision-makers. Through intelligent identification and discovery, you will need to understand prospect business challenges and identify alignment in how AppZen's AI solutions can be of benefit. You will be responsible for booking meetings, which will be jointly held with Account Executives to dive deeper into AppZen, enabling further qualification to build pipeline. We are looking for someone hungry to succeed, with a strong work ethic, resilience and boundless energy. You’ll be highly coachable and able to apply learnings from daily coaching in your role, developing new skills and improving every day as a sales professional. This role will involve cold calling, mass and personalised emails, voice notes, videos, and LinkedIn outreach. Frequent rejection is inevitable, and we need someone who never lets a no affect them negatively, and will always dust themselves off and keep going. You’ll be someone who sees everything as a learning opportunity. Naturally, you’ll be a highly motivated self-starter, a brilliant communicator and highly organised in the role.
