## Dealership: L0492 Curry Honda # **Curry Honda** ## ## Sales Desk Manager – Drive Performance, Lead People, Win Every Day Curry Honda is looking for an experienced, high-energy **Sales Desk Manager** who knows how to lead from the front, develop talent, close deals, and drive dealership profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is not a role for someone who simply pencils deals. We're looking for a leader who can motivate a sales team, manage inventory effectively, maximize gross profit, and help create a culture of accountability, performance, and customer-first selling. If you're a proven automotive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn opportunities into results, we want to talk with you. ## ## What You'll Do - Structure and desk deals to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. - Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed monthly goals. - Monitor daily sales activities, appointments, follow-up, and closing ratios. - Work closely with Finance Managers and Sales Managers to ensure efficient deal flow. - Drive showroom traffic conversion and internet lead performance. - Manage trade evaluations and inventory utilization. - Conduct daily sales meetings and training sessions. - Ensure a world-class customer experience throughout the sales process. - Maintain high levels of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. ## ## What We're Looking For ### Required - 3+ years of successful automotive leadership experience. - Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Desk Manager, Floor Manager, or Automotive Sales Director. - Strong desking and deal-structuring skills. - Proven ability to increase gross profit while maintaining CSI. - Experience managing salespeople and holding team members accountable. - Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching abilities. - Ability to perform in a high-volume dealership environment. ### Preferred - Honda or import franchise experience. - Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, VinSolutions, DealerSocket, or similar CRM experience. - Strong understanding of inventory management and digital retailing. - Track record of developing top-performing sales teams. ## ## Compensation & Benefits - Competitive Base Salary - Performance-Based Bonuses - Health, Dental & Vision Insurance - Paid Time Off - 401(k) - Career Growth Opportunities - Supportive Leadership Team - Established Brand with Strong Customer Traffic ## ## Why Curry Honda?
