Team Ford is the highest volume Ford dealership in Southern Nevada, and we're looking for motivated, competitive, customer focused professionals to join our Sales team. This is not a position for someone who wants to sit behind a desk and answer a few emails or wait for someone to walk into the showroom. This is a performance driven role where your effort directly impacts your income, your growth, and your future. You'll work with customers who are actively shopping online, responding to inquiries, building relationships, setting appointments, and helping create an exceptional buying experience from the first conversation to the final delivery.
