## Description McRee Ford, Dickinson TX is now hiring for Automotive Sales Representatives. If you are proficient in giving exceptional customer service, have the drive to earn and want to have a secure position as a professional sales representative, we look forward to talking with you. **Job summary:** - Automobile sales experience preferred but not required. - Customer focused with high customer satisfaction ratings - Strong ability to follow established processes - Familiarity with digital environment and basic computer skills in to contact prospective customers via e-mail and text. - Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals - Excellent interpersonal communication skills. - Organization skills necessary to follow-up with clients, pre & post sale. - Ability to speak Spanish as a second language is a plus but not required **Job requirements:** - Successfully pass background test and drug screen - Current or previous auto sales experience preferred. - Bilingual ability a plus ## Requirements Must have acceptable driving record according to company's hiring standards.
