Your excellent customer service skills, keen eye for detail and friendly, hard-working demeanor will make you stand out. As the Full Time Sales Associate you will be responsible for: - Receiving and sorting donated merchandise - Assist donors with unloading donated items - Pricing merchandise in accordance with established procedures - Cash Register operations and securing money and credit card receipts - Providing a great experience for customers while donating, shopping and checking-out purchases. - Maintaining a clean and orderly store and processing environment We are looking for people who: - Enjoy detailed oriented work - Are diligent and hard working - Organized - Can go above and beyond to meet the needs of customers - Reliable and on-time - Previous retail and cash handling experience is a plus - Comfortable working in a non-profit, mission focused Catholic based organization - Experience working with volunteers is a plus - **Bilingual Spanish speaking a strong plus!** This is a part time position. The selected individual must be available Monday - Friday from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm and at least two Saturdays a month from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm. No Sundays! This is an active job; frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting and squatting will be a part of the daily routine. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without an accommodation.
