Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Outdoor Power Equipment - Putnam, CT

***The Sales Associate of Outdoor Power Equipment is responsible to assist customers throughout the retail store but more specifically assist with the sales and maintenance of STIHL & lawn-care equipment. Ability to obtain STIHL certification and interest in working on all power equipment products is preferred.Primarily looking for those with evening (till 9pm) and weekend availability.*** ***Pay Range: $16.94-$18.00 Depending on experience.*** **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Greet customers as they shop in the retail store, assisting with customer service questions. 2. Price store merchandise and make price changes as requested by store management. 3. Stock and face merchandise on shelves as requested by store management. 4. Assist in receiving freight and organize incoming products as directed by store management. 5. Responsible for assisting in cycle counts. 6. Answer incoming telephone calls and handle appropriately. 7. Handle customer transactions utilizing KCX cash register system. 8.
