At Bailey Education Group, we have a proven track record in professional development programs and coaching services that is quantifiable. ### Scope of the Role As a Sales Associate (1099 contractor) covering Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina, you will expand Bailey Education Group’s district partnerships by executing a relationship-driven sales strategy aligned to the State Director’s vision. This role exists to grow our impact by connecting leaders to professional development and coaching solutions that match local priorities. Key responsibilities include building and managing a multi-state sales plan; developing and sustaining district relationships; coordinating outreach (visits, calls, and targeted email campaigns); supporting growth within existing accounts alongside Project Managers; identifying emerging markets; and helping plan conference participation, sponsorships, and marketing inventory.
