In addition to customer interaction, the role supports essential store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, ensuring product availability, coordinating timely deliveries, and maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting showroom. As part of a collaborative store team, the Sales & Leasing Associate directly impacts store growth, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. ## Requirements **General Requirements:** - Must be over the age of 21 to drive a vehicle for work (insurance requirement) - This is an in-person job; remote work is not available - Effective organizational skills - Strong communication skills - High School Diploma or GED **Physical Requirements:** - Routine lifting, loading, and moving of merchandise (50-300 pounds) using a dolly - Stooping, bending, pulling, reaching, and grabbing - Ability to traverse multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliances, and electronics - Prolonged periods of driving and standing - Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor climates and weather conditions
