Don’t just read what we’re about, join our team and see for yourself. **What We Offer** - Amazing Coworkers - Competitive Pay - Full Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and more - 401(K) Matching - Paid Time Off - Company Celebrations & Events **What Can You Expect** - Assists, plans and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations including OSHA and DOT as required. - Plans and implements training for employees in work site safety practices, rain-day safety training and coordinates any specialized safety training and/or certifications for the employees. - Performs unannounced/random safety audits and inspections, prepares written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective or preventative measures where indicated and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented. - Conducts post-accident investigation and prepares report identifying possible accident causes and hazards for use by company personnel and senior management. **What You Bring to the Table** - Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Safety or related degree preferred - Certification of CSP, ASP, GSP, or CHST desired - 3 years experience in construction industry, project leadership and/or safety related experience; internship may qualify - Travel will be required depending on jobsite locations. - Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, MS Project, Safety Auduit Software and Viewpoint Field Work Center - Receive all instructor level certifications for all safety training required by employees of the company. - Complex Problem Solving — Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. *Visit our website at* ***[www.reevesyoung.com](https://www.reevesyoung.com/)*** *to* *learn more about our growing team and the opportunities we are creating for people just like YOU!* *Reeves Young is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
