Safety & Compliance Coordinator

**NGL Transportation** is hiring a **Safety & Compliance Coordinator** for our **Mobile, Alabama** terminal. **Work Schedule** - Monday – Friday - 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM **Qualifications** - Minimum **1 year of experience** working for a trucking company. - General knowledge of trucking operations and DOT/FMCSA regulations. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Proficient with basic computer applications. **Responsibilities** - Monitor drivers' **Hours of Service (HOS)** compliance daily. - Manage **DOT inspections** and maintain truck and chassis inspection records. - Schedule and track **Preventive Maintenance (PM)**, annual truck inspections, and annual chassis inspections. - Support driver recruiting, onboarding, and update internal safety/compliance records. - Handle driver warnings, disciplinary actions, and termination documentation. - Assist dispatch with driver-related issues. - Manage accident reports and follow-up investigations. - Conduct quarterly safety meetings and driver safety training. - Help ensure compliance with FMCSA and company safety policies. **Work Location** Mobile, Alabama **Apply today to join NGL Transportation!**
