Today, Bybit is recognized as one of the most trusted and transparent platforms in the digital asset industry, continuing to expand its global presence while building the infrastructure for the next generation of financial services. 岗位概述 负责推动 RWA 产品在传统金融渠道的市场推广与商业落地。 核心职责 对接传统券商，资管机构等客户，建立并维护合作关系，推动 RWA 产品进入其客户推荐体系 深入理解传统金融机构的客户结构、合规要求与产品偏好，制定针对性的渠道推广方案 策划并执行面向传统金融受众的推广活动，包括路演、联名活动、机构专场等 协调内部资产、 BD 、合规、市场、区域团队等跨部门资源，确保渠道推广顺利落地 负责渠道合作全周期管理：前期方案沟通、合作期间执行跟进、合作后效果复盘与关系维护 跟踪渠道关键数据（引流规模、转化率、 AUM 贡献、机构活跃度等），持续优化渠道策略 任职要求 3年以上相关工作经验，有传统券商、银行、资管机构从业经历者优先 熟悉传统金融产品（债券、基金、结构化产品、REITs 等）基本逻辑及机构客户决策流程 了解 RWA 赛道基本概念及主流项目（如 Ondo、Maple、Centrifuge 等），能够向传统金融受众清晰解释链上资产逻辑 具备良好的英文听说读写能力，能够独立与海外机构及跨区域团队沟通协作 执行力强，能够在紧张节奏下推动多渠道项目并行落地 Why Join Us At Bybit, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching work environment.
