We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) and Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) within investment banking or financial services. The candidate will work closely with Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Quant, and Technology teams to support regulatory initiatives, capital calculations, and strategic risk transformation programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, understanding of Basel regulations, and hands-on experience in translating regulatory requirements into functional business solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to: Basel III / Basel IV SA-CCR IMM / EAD calculations RWA optimization Regulatory capital reporting Liaise with stakeholders across: Market Risk Counterparty Credit Risk Regulatory Reporting Finance Technology teams Prepare: BRD (Business Requirement Documents) FRD / Functional Specifications User stories Process flows Data mapping documents CAREER ADVANCEMENT With no forced hierarchy at Capco, everyone has the opportunity to grow as we grow, taking their career into their own hands.
