Whether you already have RV experience or are bringing transferable skills from another trade, we offer the chance to grow your career in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. ### **What We Offer** - Competitive pay - Opportunities for training and skill development - Career growth within the dealership - Supportive team environment - Medical, dental, and vision benefits - Paid time off and holidays - 401(k) eligibility - Employee discounts and other company benefits ## **Compensation** **$20 to $25 per hour**, depending on experience ## **What You’ll Do** - Diagnose and repair RV systems, including **electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interior components** - Perform routine maintenance and inspection work on RVs - Install accessories and upgrades such as **awnings, backup cameras, slide toppers, hitches, furniture, and other RV components** - Complete repair orders accurately and document diagnostics, parts used, and repairs performed - Communicate with service advisors and managers regarding repair status, additional issues, and estimated completion times - Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area - Participate in training and stay current on RV products, systems, and repair techniques ## **Experience We’d Love to See** We are interested in candidates with backgrounds in: - RV service - Automotive repair - Appliance repair - Carpentry - Electrical - HVAC - Plumbing - General maintenance - Mechanical repair ## Requirements ## **What We’re Looking For** - At least **1 year of experience** in repair, maintenance, mechanical, or technical service work - Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in changing temperatures and shop conditions - Valid driver’s license - Ability to lift **25 pounds regularly** and move heavier items with assistance - Basic personal tools preferred ## **Preferred Qualifications** - RV industry experience - Trade certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or a related field - RVTI, RVIA, or other industry certifications - Experience with diagnostic systems and service documentation
