If you want your work to actually mean something, you're in the right place. **The Role** We're looking for a mid-level Ruby developer to join our engineering team and help build and maintain the software that powers elections. You'll be working on real, meaningful problems, complex data workflows, client-facing tooling, and backend systems that have to work flawlessly when it counts most. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teammates and have real ownership of your work from day one. This is a hybrid role, three days a week in our St. Louis office, two days remote.
