In this dynamic, roving role, you will oversee **9 small properties totaling 239 units**, ensuring consistency, performance, and exceptional resident experiences at each location. You will be responsible for all aspects of property management, including leasing, resident relations, and daily operations, with a strong focus on lease-up initiatives and regulatory compliance.
