You'll also maintain detailed records of your work and stay current on industry best practices. Key Responsibilities 1. Inspection & Diagnosis Inspect buildings and surrounding areas to identify pest species and infestation levels; Measure treatment areas and estimate service costs. 2. Treatment Application Safely apply EPA-labeled pesticides; deploy traps, baits, and exclusion measures; Remove wasp, hornet, and bee nests efficiently and safely. 3. Customer Service Advise clients on remediation options (chemical and non-chemical); explain procedures, address questions, and recommend preventive measures; conduct follow-up visits. 4. Record Keeping & Compliance Maintain accurate digital logs of services performed, chemicals used, and customer interactions; Adhere to safety protocols, use PPE, and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. 5. Problem Solving & Liability Mitigation Develop tailored, long-term solutions for complex pest issues; ensure safe handling of hazardous products to minimize risk. 6. Professional Development Stay up-to-date on the latest techniques, products, and certifications.
