We can teach the process; we can’t teach these traits: - **Coachable** —eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook. - **Curious** — comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first - **Detail-Oriented** — executes daily habits (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow-ups) that turn activity into revenue, consistently.
