Our drivers operate a variety of trucks and are expected to uphold safety on the road as professional drivers, following all CDL regulations. **Why Join Us?** - **Home daily** with no overnight hauls - Be part of an innovative, eco-conscious company - Work that directly supports a Zero-Landfill future - Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team environment **The Responsibilities of this Residential Route Driver would be the following, but not limited to:** · Depending on the route, the Truck Driver hired would be responsible to pick up trash/MSW or Recycle on a residential route. · Once route is completed, the Truck Driver will be responsible to empty his or her truck at the designated Landfill or Recycling Facility. · Perform your assigned route in a timely but safe manner. · Complete your pre and post trip inspections on your truck. · Check in with your Route Manager when your route is completed. · Follow the route that is given to you to assure accuracy in picking up all your stops. · Attend all Monthly Safety meetings and be an active participant. · Give your opinion and think outside the box to help with route efficiency. **The salary/hourly rate for the individual(s) we are seeking will be determined based on experience.** The Trash Man, will consider hiring a Truck Driver that is looking to get in the field and need on the job training if it is a good fit for both the company and the individual seeking the job as long as you have a valid CDL. The individual we are seeking must be able to work independently, work as a team, be on time, follow instructions and most importantly have a positive attitude, while also working in a safe manner!
