It offers recent college graduates the opportunity to complete four (4) six-month rotations across different teams and functions, including our portfolio of Vants. The aim of this program is to attract and develop future leaders across the Roivant family by accelerating the development of talent. From day one, analysts will own projects and have opportunities to make a meaningful impact. Now in its seventh year, Rotational Analysts have taken on demanding projects across a wide range of functions at Roivant and the Vants. Sample Projects Include: Investments: Evaluating in-licensing opportunities to expand Roivant’s portfolio of life changing medicines Research and Development: Performing literature reviews to identify indication expansion opportunities in support of Vants Vants: Developing strategies to accelerate clinical trial recruitment Strategic Finance: Creating an investor deck, in partnership with key executives, for a Phase 3 clinical trial readout Each year, graduates of our Rotational Analyst Program pursue exciting opportunities as full-time employees at Roivant or our Vants. Beyond the Roivant portfolio, RAs have gone on to pursue higher education at top universities.
