Room Service Host/Cashier - (Part-Time) - Durango

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be: - Courteously and efficiently interacting with guests to ensure their satisfaction with room service experience, in accordance with all Company standards, procedures, and policies. - Having complete knowledge of all food and beverage menu items including their preparation, ingredients, cooking methods, portions and prices. - Having knowledge of all service Team Members' responsibilities, including but not limited to the Room Service food servers, bus persons, and runners. - Responsible for register bank and all money, charges and comps collected during a shift. **What we can’t train is what’s inside of you.** Our values are essential to us, and we need them to be important to you, too.
