In this role, you will be responsible for performing repairs and installations on a variety of exterior components of residential properties, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct thorough inspections of exterior elements such as roofs, siding, windows, and doors. - Provide accurate assessments and recommend appropriate repair solutions. - Execute repairs and installations using a range of tools and materials while adhering to safety standards. - Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, processes, and timelines. - Keep a clean and organized job site, ensuring all tools and materials are properly maintained. - Maintain clear records of work performed and materials used for each project. **Join our Team:** At P.J.
