This role involves working on hardware issues in robotic automated equipment, typically during later phases of development when safety systems have matured, requiring less engineering oversight. The Robotics Engineering Technician I will contribute to the daily operation, maintenance, basic assembly and troubleshooting of robotic systems. **PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** **1.Robotics Technician Support (100%)** •Provide onsite hardware support for product testing. •Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on robotic systems. •Assist in identifying hardware issues; support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. •Perform planned daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance activities under supervision of higher-level technicians and following safety guidelines. •Complete unplanned maintenance and repairs as needed and escalate complex issues to Technician II or III. •Coordinate with onsite parties to meet priorities and deadlines. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education** •High school diploma/GED required. **Experience** •1-year of experience in related fields and Hands-on experience with mechanical or electrical systems is strongly preferred. **Skills** •Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills •Comfortable in using tools and diagnostic equipment for maintenance and repairs •Basic problem-solving, and strong communication skills. •Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and onsite personnel.
