This includes tasks such as jump starts, tire changes, fluid top-offs, battery testing, and basic inspections. **Duties and Responsibilities:** - Respond to roadside assistance calls in a timely and professional manner - Perform essential services such as jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, fluid top-offs, and battery testing - Conduct basic vehicle checks and inspections, reporting any major concerns to the Service Advisor - Keep service equipment and vehicle in clean, working condition - Follow proper procedures for safe vehicle handling and roadside operations - Communicate clearly with customers and teammates to ensure seamless service - Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each job - Use tools and materials efficiently to avoid unnecessary waste - Follow all company safety policies and immediately report any incidents ## Qualifications - Prior experience in automotive maintenance or roadside assistance preferred - Strong mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently in outdoor conditions - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Must be authorized to work in the USA - Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and MVR screening ## Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines
