Drives to location of member to perform services. **Duties and Responsibilities** **:** 1. Obey traffic laws, follow established traffic and transportation procedures, and all other company established safety rules. 2. Perform all service in a manner that results in a Totally Satisfied experience for the member. 3. Inspect, be responsible for and maintain vehicle supplies, cleanliness, and equipment. 4. Immediately report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles. 5. Verify that appropriate tools and documentation are in the vehicle prior to and after shifts and properly maintain all equipment. 6. Safeguards, properly accounts for, and turns in receipts, money received and reconciles the inventory before and after shift change. 7. Read maps, and follow written, verbal, and electronic geographic directions. 8. Contact each member prior to going enroute to service their vehicle using appropriate protocol. 9. Report on delays in reaching service destination. 10. Performs emergency roadside service duties including but not limited to: jump starts, battery testing/replacement, tire changes, lockout services, fuel delivery, light mechanical, extrication and/or winching, towing services on disabled vehicles. 11. Operate a tow vehicle in a safe manner with a valid driver's license and driving record in accordance with the AAA Associate Driver Safety Guide. 12. Operate computer-related equipment including but not limited to wireless data terminals, vehicle charging system diagnostic equipment, credit card terminals and mobile phones in a professional and safe manner. 13. Maintain and account for company provided fuel cards. 14. Performs maintenance on Club vehicles as requested. 15.
