*Benton County is actively looking for a motivated and hard-working individual to serve as a Road Maintenance Worker 3.* **Job Summary** Operate heavy equipment that requires considerable knowledge of equipment capability, county road system, road system structures. This position is distinguished from the Road Maintenance Worker 1 (Light) and (Medium) classifications by the types of equipment assigned, complexity of work performed, and the level of decision making.
