Come join our amazing team! **Registered Nurse (RN) Duties and Responsibilities:** - Observe, administer, record, and report any medications, treatments, vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s) - Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families - Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients - Participate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, and other patient activities - Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned **Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications and Skills:** - Current and valid RN license - Excellent interpersonal skills - Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities - In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations - Physical strength and stamina - First aid and CPR certifications **Pay Transparency Statement** Compensation for roles at Spokane Falls Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.
