RN Unit Manager - Rehabilitation

Overview Otterbein Franklin is a CCRC offering all levels of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing & Rehab. We are searching for a strong, mission driven Registered Nurse to lead our Rehabilitation Unit. This leader must enjoy being a resource to the staff they lead and the families they serve. Responsibilities Organize, Supervise and Evaluate Resident Care. Perform Quality Improvement Activities for the Unit. Supervise all nursing staff on the Rehab unit. Know and Enforce State and Federal Regulations and Guidelines. Participate in Nursing Management Activities and Committees. Serve as the “on-call” nurse in charge on a rotating basis. Qualifications Education : Graduate of approved Registered Nursing Program. Licensure/Certification : Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license. Experience : Minimum 1 year in supervisor or administrative role. Two years geriatric or long-term care nursing experience preferred.
