Our heritage, mission and core values play a fundamental role as they ground us in the present and shape our future. **Part Time Weekends only! 7:00pm-7:00am.** **Experience based pay starting at $41.00/hr plus shift differential!** **Discover Frederick Living's benefits and how you can experience Life with Purpose™** - **401(k) Retirement Plan with company match** - **PTO** - **On-Site Gym** - **Referral Bonus Program** - **Compassion and Relief Fund** - **Wellness Programs** - **Employee Assistance Program** **What You’ll Do** - Observe and report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor or physician/physician extender - Communicate with Supervisor, DON, NHA, care providers, and family/POA as needed - Use evidence-based practices to ensure safe, high-quality care delivery - Assist in managing personnel through performance evaluation, Care Chats, coaching, counseling, education, and corrective action as needed - Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner - Participate in resident transitions of care, care conferences, and care plan reviews - Collaborate with Cedarwood staff to ensure optimal resident outcomes - Comply with Infection Control practices - Ensure hand-held communication equipment is maintained for effective call bell management and team communication - Attend and complete all required in-services, training, and team meetings - Abide by the organization’s code of conduct - Perform other duties as assigned **What We’re Looking For** - Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in geriatric nursing preferred - BLS Healthcare Provider certification - Basic computer skills - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to role model professional appearance and demeanor - Demonstrates respect, integrity, compassion, and excellence - Commitment to person-centered care initiatives - Conflict resolution skills and ability to coach and support staff - Flexible schedule and willingness to work extra hours as needed **Why You’ll Love Working at Frederick Living** At Frederick Living, you’ll be part of a purpose-driven team committed to compassion, respect, and integrity.
