Provides direction and collaborates with hospital leadership during significant events, including organizational codes and system downtimes. - Fosters exceptional patient experiences through compassionate communication and effective relationships with patients, visitors, staff, and leadership. - Facilitates communication between departments, physicians, administration, families, patients, and staff, keeping campus leaders informed of significant situations. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** • Broad knowledge of the healthcare environment [Required] • Effective communication skills and relationship building skills [Required] • Leadership, critical thinking and clinical practice knowledge [Required] • Effectiveness and efficiency in meeting administrative responsibilities, fiscal responsibility and professionalism [Required] **Education:** • Associate's of Nursing [Required] • Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] • Master's of Nursing [Preferred] **Work Experience:** • 2+ years leadership experience as an assistant nurse manager and/or nurse manager or equivalent (i.e. charge nurse, chair nursing practice council, cn3, cn4) [Preferred] • 2+ years' Operating Room experience [Required] **Licenses and Certifications:** • Registered Nurse (RN) [Required] • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] **Physical Requirements:** *(Please click the link below to view work requirements)* Physical Requirements - https://tinyurl.com/49cf4xnf **Pay Range:** $33.99 - $63.22 **Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)** Certain positions are subject to **Florida Level 2 background screening**, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
