You take initiative, provide calm leadership, and foster meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members while maintaining a safe and respectful care environment. **Responsibilities** - Provide direct nursing care and implement individualized care plans - Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document all care provided - Participate in shift hand-offs and collaborate with the healthcare team - Supervise and assist care staff in providing ADL support - Respond to resident needs, including answering call lights and assisting with mobility - Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to safety and infection control protocols - Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as required **Requirements** - Current RN license in the state of Ohio - Diploma from an accredited nursing program - Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset - Ability to pass a pre-employment background check - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen ***Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
