Be part of our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in healthcare! **As an RN or LPN you will:** - Accurately prepares and administers prescribed medications according to Hospital policy, and scope of practice. - Makes routine assessments of patient condition and provides nursing care to patients within Hospital policy and procedure and according to physician orders, alerting supervisor of problems. - Documents admission, physical assessment, monthly summaries, variance reports, and pertinent resident information. - Participates in resident care plans. - Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, resident, and personnel information. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about optimizing patient care?
