RN/LPN Home Health - Temp Assignment

**NurseCore** is seeking a highly skilled **RN or LPN** for a temporary 3 - 4 month high-acuity home health assignment in **NW Las Vegas**. This is an adult quadriplegic male patient in a private home with family present. **Thu–Sun | 6:00 PM–11:00 PM** **Schedule:** - **5-hour shifts | Thu–Sun | 6:00 PM–11:00 PM** - **3 - 4 Month Assignment** **Responsibilities:** - G-tube, ventilator, and tracheostomy management - Intimate personal care tasks - Safe patient handling and transfers (bed, wheelchair, vehicle) **Compensation:** - $40/hour – LPN - $55/hour – RN - $1,250 Sign-On Bonus (case-specific) **Bonus Structure:** - $500 paid after completion of training - $750 paid at completion of assignment **Requirements:** - High-acuity home health or similar experience - Strong clinical judgment with complex care patients - Physical strength and stamina - Reliable, and calm under pressure - Strong communication skills in a family home environment - Polished professional appearance and nails kept short **Credential Requirements:** - Active RN or LPN license in Nevada - More than 1-year post grad clinical experience - Current hands-on CPR certification - Negative TB test within the past 12 months - Successful background check clearance **What We Offer:** - Direct deposit with weekly pay options available - 24/7 support from a live team - W2 employment with overtime eligibility, employer-paid taxes, and liability coverage - Health, Dental, and Life Insurance available after 6 months (30+ hours/week) #INDLV
