This role requires specialized expertise in maternal-child nursing, including circulating for C-sections, and the flexibility to provide care across the continuum of the perinatal units at our premier academic medical center. **Why Join Us?** - **Competitive Compensation:** Earn $67 per hour - **Work Schedule:** Full-time, 12-hour Night Shifts - **Professional Growth:** Gain valuable experience in a collaborative, innovative, and supportive Level I Trauma Center environment - **Impactful Work:** Contribute to a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving maternal and newborn outcomes **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients, circulate for cesarean sections. - Monitor fetal heart tones, assist with deliveries. - Provide postpartum care, assess newborns, and administer medications. - Document in EMR, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team. ***Greenlife Healthcare Staffing - Empowering Healthcare Professionals, Enriching Lives*** **Qualifications:** - **Education:** Graduate of an accredited nursing program. - **Licensure:** Current New York State RN license; BLS certification (current or able to recertify). - **Experience:** - Minimum 1.5 years recent experience in an acute care facility of similar size/level within the past 2 years; circulating for C-sections required; scrubbing experience preferred. - Travelers will only be considered if experienced in hospitals of equal or greater size or trauma centers. - **Technical Skills:** EPIC EMR experience preferred. - **Soft Skills:** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; willingness to float between Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery units.
