This position oversees the daily operations and coordination of patient care by facility staff to ensure patients and families receive an optimum level of care. Serves as a role model and is responsible for staff development, resolution of employee concerns, and employee engagement. ## Qualifications **Education** - High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required - Associate's Degree in Nursing required **Experience** - 5 years of related experience required - Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading staff required **Licenses and Certifications** - BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required - RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
