Our Expert Care. ## Description We have a great opportunity for a **Home Health RN!** This is a **full-time** position; **Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm**. **The service area includes** **** **Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Winston- Salem, Lexington; [Forsyth and Upper Davidson Counties].** **CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.** We are seeking a dynamic, quality-driven RN to pave the way for outstanding care delivery for our population of home health patients. As a Home Health RN, you will be responsible for delivering patient care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and driving continuous improvements in care quality within our home health program. Our team members enjoy the following benefits: Competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefit package which includes: - paid time off (PTO) plus 7 paid holidays - Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance - 403B match after 12 months of service. - Other benefits include mileage reimbursement, flexible work schedules, professional growth and development opportunities, and employee engagement activities. ## Requirements **Qualifications:** **CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.** - **Education:** - Current, active RN license in North Carolina (required). - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (required). - **Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, with at least 1 year in a home health or community health setting preferred. - Experience in leading or coordinating patient care is strongly preferred. - **Skills and Abilities:** - Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently while managing a caseload of home health patients. - Knowledge of home health care regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines. - Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize patient needs. - **Other:** Valid state-issued driver's license required. Must carry automobile liability insurance at limits required by agency. Must have own transportation.
