**Emergency Room Registered Nurse** **Location:** Camden, NJ **Job Type:** Contract, 7pm – 730am, Weekends only Friday to Sunday Position Overview: Prosperity is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department in Camden, NJ. The ideal candidate thrives in critical situations, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a Level I Trauma setting. Key Responsibilities: - Provide rapid assessment, triage, and treatment of patients with a wide range of emergent conditions - Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ER environment - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Respond effectively to trauma, cardiac, and other critical emergencies - Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established protocols - Accurately document patient care, treatments, and progress - Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions - Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Qualifications & Requirements: - Minimum 3+ years of Emergency Room RN experience - At least 2 years of experience in a Level I Trauma center - Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License - Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification - Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification - Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Certification - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) Certification required - Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills - Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations Apply today to be part of a dedicated healthcare team! *Prosperity thanks all applicants for their interest in this opportunity.
