Assists with performance appraisals, corrective actions, and counseling. - Provides required documentation for personnel files in a timely manner. - Utilizes time effectively and accomplish duties within the necessary timeframe with minimal supervision. - Other duties as assigned. Communicates courteously with internal and external customers in person or on the telephone. - Demonstrates respect for co-workers and develops positive working relationships with other departments. - Participates in hourly rounding using the AIDET technique to improve patient outcomes. - Incorporates Caring Model behaviors and culturally competent care into daily practice. - Monitors staff compliance with customer service behaviors and reinforce hospital goals for service management. - Adheres to organizational standards for dress and professional appearance. - Collaborates and demonstrates teamwork in managing patient flow, promoting timely patient placement by following hospital policy for admission, discharge, and transfer. - Assists the Nurse Leader or designee with updates and maintenance of unit records, reports, and forms. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** • Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills • Basic computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite of productivity tools • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple concurrent tasks • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude • Ability to work well with people of varying levels of technical abilities • Demonstrates knowledge of organizational goals and accurately prioritizes work • Able to function in complex and challenging environments while maintaining the ability to influence change and assist in mutually beneficial solutions • Able to assist in program governance and ensure adherence to process controls in a timely and effective manner **Education:** • Associate's of Nursing [Required] • Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] **Work Experience:** • 1+ experience as rn in critical care or relevant specialty area [Preferred] • 1+ leadership experience [Preferred] **Licenses and Certifications:** • Registered Nurse (RN) [Required] • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] **Physical Requirements:** (Please click the link below to view work requirements) Physical Requirements -https://tinyurl.com/2vvwrzem **Pay Range:** $32.76 - $57.47 **Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)** Certain positions are subject to **Florida Level 2 background screeni…
