[Read more here](https://www.comforcare.com/careers/testimonials.html). **What you’ll be doing:** - Performing comprehensive assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters. - Developing an individualized plan of care for each client that incorporates analysis of data and current scientific findings. - Providing interventions with a focus on achieving realistic client outcomes. - Reporting changes to update the plan of care to reflect progress towards goals and outcomes. - Administering medications as needed. - Maintaining client records showing systematic assessments, planning interventions, and evaluations. - Initiating referrals as needed to other health team members. **What we’re looking for:** - Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. - Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN). - Current CPR certification. - Access to reliable transportation. - Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job. - Knowledge of safety and infection control practices. **Compensation:** Starting wage $42/hour to $52/hour - Competitive hourly wage - Hourly incentive program - Opportunities for advancement - Scholarships for some career pathways and educational reimbursement **Work Schedule** - 1 on 1 patient care allowing you to do what you do best - Flexible scheduling for family, work, and school balance - Days: 8am to 5pm - Hourly visits - Occasional Holidays - Time and a Half - Full time, Part time,PRN **Benefits** Our employees who work 30+ hours per week qualify for a full range of benefits including - Health Insurance - Vision Insurance - Dental Insurance - Life Insurance - Short Term Disability - Sick Time - Paid Time off Compensation: $42.00 - $52.00 per hour # Live your best life possible while helping others live theirs.
