Location: Service Area: Wayne County, Trenton, Flat Rock, and surrounding areas This position requires daily travel within the service area to provide care to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes Home Office Location: Bingham Farms, MI Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Weekend On-Call Rotation About the Role This role is perfect for a registered nurse who wants to practice the full scope of nursing while building deep, meaningful relationships. This position will have you building report with patients, families, physicians, facilities, and other interdisciplinary team members. You'll have the autonomy to coordinate comprehensive care for your caseload while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those in your care. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; ASN or BSN Currently Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan Minimum one (1) year experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance coverage Hospice or Home Health experience preferred Essential Skills and Competencies Nursing skills as defined by accepted nursing standards Demonstrates ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients, families and caregivers in varied settings and to function effectively in the home or nursing facility environment Demonstrates skill in nursing practice, ability to cope with family emotional stress and tolerance of individual lifestyles Ability to handle multiple priorities, documentation requirements and deadlines Pay Range $77,000 — $85,000 USD How We Care for You Minimum of 3 Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance HSA and FSA options including Dependent Care Company paid Short Term Disability Company paid Life Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Mileage Reimbursement Company Vehicle Program for field roles Pet Insurance ID and Fraud Protection And more...
