Check out our employee perks here! * * * **What You Will Do:** Coordinate patient care processes including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and support services. - Collect and prioritize patient health data through comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments. - Identify nursing diagnoses and determine patient-centered outcomes - Develop individualized interdisciplinary plans of care using current nursing standards - Implement nursing interventions, administer treatments and medications, and coordinate care with support services - Provide education to patients and families and plan for discharge - Evaluate patient progress and revise plans of care accordingly - Document all assessments, interventions, and evaluations thoroughly - Conduct groups and maintain a safe therapeutic environment - Attend staffing to update treatment plans - Respond appropriately to emergency seclusion and restraint situations in compliance with regulations * * * **What Sets BRG Apart:** At Baton Rouge General, we are a community of compassionate, caring individuals who set the bar when it comes to healthcare excellence.
