Assess and respond to student health needs, illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and district procedures. Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Healthcare Plans (IHPs), Emergency Action Plans (EAPs), and other required health plans. Maintain accurate student health records and ensure compliance with immunization and state reporting requirements. Collaborate with administrators, teachers, Child Study Team members, families, physicians, and community agencies to support student health and wellness. Promote a safe and healthy school environment through health education, prevention, and wellness initiatives. Participate as a member of multidisciplinary teams and attend meetings as required. Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or designee. Salary and benefits in accordance with the negotiated agreement.
