What You’ll Do: An RF hardware engineer responsible for owning driving improvements in the analog/RF design portions of our radio products. Core responsibilities include: • Drafting and reviewing RF specifications • Producing block diagrams for RF/analog subsystems • Managing vendors for outsourced RF design projects • Guiding schematic and PCB design for internal development projects • Conducting lab and field testing • Debugging RF issues in development and production Skills You’ll Need: • Experience with drafting/reviewing RF specifications, block-level system design, and managing vendors/subcontractors • Familiarity with PCB design considerations for RF circuits • Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and debugging • At least 5 years of experience in the design of RF circuits and systems • BS/MS in Electrical/RF Engineering or equivalent experience Bonus Points: • Experience with wireless communication systems • Proficiency in Python Benefits Discretionary bonus eligibility Medical, dental, and vision insurance HSA, FSA, and Dependent Care options Employer Paid Group Term Life and AD&D Insurance Voluntary Life & AD&D insurance Paid vacation plus paid holidays Retirement plan with employer match Paid parental leave Wellness Programs Annual Base Salary Range $150,000 — $200,000 USD
