If this excites you more than it scares you, you are in the right place. #### **The Role** We’re looking for a skilled Retoucher to enhance and refine images with a natural, polished finish. You’ll be responsible for detailed skin, body, and color adjustments, ensuring every photo meets our high creative standards and visual consistency. #### **What You Will Do** - Perform detailed skin, body, and color retouching while keeping a natural, realistic look - Adjust lighting, tones, and contrast for balanced, high-quality results - Remove distractions or imperfections (stray hair, wrinkles, dust, etc.) - Prepare and export final images for web and print - Maintain consistent visual style and quality across all photos - Organize and manage files efficiently to support the production workflow - Collaborate with photographers, editors, and creative team members #### **What We Are Looking For** - Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom - Proven experience in professional photo retouching (portfolio required) - Excellent sense of color, lighting, and texture - Attention to detail and consistency under tight deadlines - Ability to handle large batches of photos while maintaining quality - Basic understanding of composition and visual storytelling #### **Bonus Points** - Experience with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle photography - Familiarity with Retouch4me, Capture One, or other AI-based tools - Experience working with RAW files and color-calibrated workflows #### **Hiring Process** - HR Screening (30 min) - Team Interview (up to 1 hour) - Case Task (2-4 hours) - CEO Interview (30 min) **💼[Explore our hiring process](https://www.notion.so/Hiring-Process-at-Infomediji-da4a580b8b7b4fc3a9fc5ea5553dd98b?pvs=21)** #### **What We Offer** Please note, that this is a fully remote contract role.
