Job Summary The Retirement Plan Services Onboarding Lead is responsible for overseeing retirement plan conversions, takeovers, and ongoing administrative operations newly won plans. This role ensures successful plan transitions, compliance with regulatory requirements, operational excellence, and exceptional service delivery to Plan Sponsors, financial advisors, and internal stakeholders. The Onboarding Lead contributes to the team’s knowledge base on retirement plan administration, process development, and industry regulations. This role is inclusive of both retirement advisory services, as well as TPA services provided by Earned. In addition, the Onboarding Lead is responsible for supporting existing clients who are changing retirement recordkeepers by working with the existing and new recordkeepers to successfully transition the retirement plan. This role works closely with clients to support all facets of plan onboarding. The Retirement Plan Services Onboarding Lead ensures accuracy, compliance with applicable regulations, and high-quality client service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
